Aug 2012. The President said the delayed start to thge competition had not been a success and has still to be completed.

Aug 2011. The President stated at the annual meeting it was his intention to do the draw for the first round by early November 2011and to monitor teams' completion of fixtures more closely in the 2011-12 season. The delayed 2010-11 competition has been concluded, for which see below.
