No team knock out in 2012-3

No competition was held in 2012-3

The President stated at the annual meeting that the 2011-12 competition was still in progress because clubs had not been able to complete fixtures during the summer months. The experiment of starting in December and completing in the summer tried last year would not be repeated. The president will arrange a draw that includes all teams that have entered the league.
